JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the people, raw materials, machinery, assets, production activities, product quality, scrap, labor productivity, etc.,
all of the factory before the Company's Board of Directors. - Manage and administer all activities at the Factory
- Develop and implement ISO, 5S quality management process
- Establish organizational structure of production activities of the new factory
- Organize the production of products according to the technological process and assigned orders and plans.
- Planning production of products according to orders and requirements of the relevant departments.
- Coordinate with technical department to improve technology, meet market demands and product quality
- Advising the Board of Directors in organizing and organizing the organizational structure to improve productivity and operational efficiency;
propose measures to improve, innovate methods and organizational management model.
- On behalf of the Company's Board of Directors to work with state management agencies in the area of Nha Ky.
- Manage the organization of labor, personnel and assets of the Factory.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from University specializing in electrical engineering such as Electric Power University, University of Technology, University of Industry, ...
- Age from 30-45 years old, male gender
- At least 5 years' experience in an equivalent position in a production company of 100 employees or more.
- Priority candidates in Thuan Thanh area, Bac Ninh.
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, training and coaching skills.
- Fluency in office computer, software related to expertise.
- Assertive, honest and enthusiastic with the job.
- Ability to lead and run the work, withstand high pressure of work
- Priority is given to candidates who have experience in managing the production of electrical panel products
